He is a Colombian singer, Andres is an incredible composer and very talented  in  what he does.  I will go with my best friend to a live concert of Andres. - When is the concert? The concert is  on  September 16th.  On  friday. - Where is the concert ? Cepeda's concert, which is called "ME IMPORTAS TOUR" is  at  the Hotel el Prado. - What time is the concert? The concert is  in   the evening and starts  at  8:00 pm.
